Villa Miami Pop-Up

Front Row made its Miami debut in November 2024 with an exclusive pop-up at Villa Miami’s sales gallery, Major Food Group’s first real estate venture, co-developed with Terra and 1000 Group.

The evening introduced Front Row through a curated presentation of rare Hermès handbags and Swiss timepieces alongside a live art performance by Spanish artist Mark Rios (Mr. Drip). Major Food Group’s hospitality brought together collectors, cultural figures, and tastemakers in a setting shaped around art, design, gastronomy, and collectible luxury.

More than a retail pop-up, the event established Front Row’s approach in Miami: intimate, highly curated experiences where exceptional objects are presented within a broader cultural context.
