Front Row guarantees the authenticity of every item sold. If an item is proven to be inauthentic, the customer is entitled to a full refund.

All sales are final. Items are non-refundable. Exchanges may be granted solely at the discretion of Front Row.

Shipping is not included in the price unless confirmed in writing.

Front Row is not liable for any damage incurred during shipping. If the customer declines insurance or fails to declare the item’s full value, Front Row assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, seizure by courier or customs, or any related issues.

All customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, import charges, and any additional costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Quotes provided after a sell or consign inquiry are not binding. Buyout and consignment are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Front Row.

Access to our B2B service is subject to approval. Wholesale orders are governed by the terms agreed with each partner.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Front Row is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase applies.
