Returns

No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date you received your order.

The returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging and without tampering with the security label. Footwear and accessories should be returned with the original branded boxes and protective bags, when provided, and placed inside a protective outer shipping box.

We do not accept returns of underwear, bathing suits, socks, make up, body lotion and washes or perfumes.
